Spousal Visa
If a person is legally married to the Permanent Resident of Canada can be sponsored by the Permanent Resident. The same sex marriage will also be recognized for immigration purposes, but the marriage should be legally performed in Canada, in any other country where marriage between two persons of the same sex is legally recognized.
Dependent Child Visa
Children who want to reside with their Canadian parents. This visa allows permanent Canadian residents and Canadian citizens to apply to sponsor their dependent or adopted children who are of 19 yrs of age or below. Dependent children can join their sponsoring parent(s) in Canada once they get an approval.
Canadian citizens and permanent Canadian residents can apply to sponsor their or their partners dependent or adopted children who are of 22 years of age or below, who are not married or in a common-law relationship, on their immigration application. With effect from October 24, 2017
Common-Law Partner Visa
Canadian citizens and permanent Canadian residents can sponsor their common-law partner and (eligible) dependent children through this program, the sponsor should intend to live with applicant and support his/her financially. After an approval, the applicant can live, study and work in Canada for an indefinite period. By applying for the Common-Law Partner visa, eligible applicant can stay with his/her partner in Canada.
Conjugal Partner Visa
This visa let eligible partners stay with his/her Canadian partner. Conjugal partner Visa let the partners reunite who were separated by discrimination, war or any other legal barrier. Canadian citizens or permanent Canadian residents can apply to sponsor their conjugal partners and dependent children, as per this program.
Parental & Grandparental Visa
This program allows Canadian children and grandchildren to sponsor their parents and grand-parents to live in Canada. The Canadian sponsor should be prepared to live in Canada with the applicant and support them monetarily without having any access to public funds. The applicant will be permitted to live study and work in Canada, in addition to permanent residency, once they get an approval.
Remaining Relative Visa
As Canada believe in reuniting families, Canadians can sponsor an extended relative from abroad if they do not have any immediate family relatives in Canada or abroad. Canadian citizen and permanent Canadian resident are allowed to sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship under the family category through this program. The relative will be authorized for permanent residency, work and study in Canada, after an approval.
Family-Based Provincial Nominee Visa
This program allows permanent residents or Canadian citizens of following provinces to sponsor their eligible relatives for permanent residency in Canada.

Applicants are allowed to live, study and work in Canada once they get an approval.
