Saskatchewan Immigrant NEP – Canada

Saskatchewan is a province where the economy is thriving and the Program offers opportunity to establish, acquire or partner in a business in Saskatchewan to help to advance the province’s growth.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of the SINP Entrepreneur Program are as follow:

  • The applicant must be able to invest net worth of $300,000 Canadian Dollars (CAD) which must be verified.
  • The applicant must have minimum three years of entrepreneurial or relevant business management experience.
  • The applicant must intent to invest and reside in Saskatchewan by using the Intent Grading Grid.
  • The applicant must have a minimum investment of $150,000 CAD. Your total investment would be worth at least $1 million CAD, if you own less than 1/3 of the business.
  • The applicant must deposit a $75,000. While applying for the SINP you must deposit $2,500 and after you are nominated for Permanent Residence you the rest of the amount $72,500 is requested.

SINP Entrepreneur Category request for an interview only if required to review the candidate’s criteria. Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is responsible for assessing your eligibility for Permanent Residence, once the SINP has nominated you.
