The Quebec Skilled Worker Program is designed for economically established candidates and wants to be a part of immigration to Quebec.

Quebec Skilled Workers applicants must meet the Quebec immigration selection criteria they are not assessed based upon the selection factors of the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

Applicants are issued a Quebec Selection Certificate once they are successful under the Quebec Immigration selection system, after that they can apply for a Canadian permanent resident visa.

Worker applicants must score at least 49 points while an applicant with a spouse or common-law partner must score at least 57 to qualify for a Quebec Selection Certificate.
